Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Terseer Waya, popularly known as Kiddwaya, has stirred social media reactions after openly declaring that his only “job” is enjoying life and spending his billionaire father’s money.
Speaking on the latest episode of the Off The Record podcast, the son of Nigerian business mogul Terry Waya described himself as “a man of leisure,” saying he has no interest in working or running any business.
“What I do for a living is that I wake up, decide where I want to fly to, go there with my boys and girls, and have fun. We drink, eat, party — and repeat,” Kiddwaya said.
“I’m a man of leisure. My view on life is to live it to the fullest. I’m not interested in working. I could say I’m into oil and trade, but that’s not my truth. The truth is, I’m a rich man’s son and I’m living my life January to January, having fun.”
The reality star added that marriage will not change his lifestyle, insisting that he would only settle down with a woman who enjoys having fun like him.
However, Kiddwaya maintained that despite his lavish lifestyle, he works hard to maintain his family’s name and stay out of scandals.
“I work hard to protect my integrity and my family’s reputation. Many people in my position would have misused the privileges I have,” he added.
His comments have since triggered mixed reactions online, with some praising his honesty, while others criticised him for “glorifying idleness.”
