APC Primaries: Reps Members Who Lost Return Tickets
Fresh political drama has erupted within the All Progressives Congress after several serving members of the House of Representatives failed to secure return tickets during the party primaries ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The outcome of the primaries has already triggered intense reactions across several states, with many political observers describing the exercise as one of the biggest shake-ups within the APC in recent years.
Among the biggest casualties was House Majority Leader Julius Ihonvbere, whose attempt to secure a third term representing Owan Federal Constituency in Edo State ended in defeat.
