Social media has been set on fire after a Nigerian lady boldly declared that men who avoid alcohol and cigarettes are usually the worst womanizers.
In her controversial take, she argued that since most men associate fun with drinking and smoking, any man who refuses both turns to women as his main source of enjoyment.
While she clarified that she was not encouraging reckless drinking or smoking, she insisted that “at least a little wine or champagne should be part of a man’s lifestyle.” According to her: “When a man completely avoids these, trust me, women are his enjoyment. He enjoys on women’s bodies.”
The statement quickly went viral, sparking heated debates across X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram. Nigerians were sharply divided—some dismissed her claim as baseless, while others admitted there might be truth in her observation.
Men Fire Back
Several men rejected the allegation, stressing that abstinence from alcohol or smoking does not equate to infidelity. One social media user insisted: “Big lie… I don’t smoke, I don’t do alcohol, I’m not a womanizer.”
Another, O. Han, defended her husband: “My husband does none, so sis stfu.”
Others shared unique lifestyles to counter the claim. Jesse wrote: “I don’t do none of that. I don’t even watch football too. Watching my trades play out is my fun.”
Yet, a few Nigerians backed the lady’s perspective. User vee_talks2 commented: “I agree oo.”
