The Nigerian entertainment scene has once again been thrown into heated debate after controversial crossdresser, Bobrisky, publicly defended Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing Sunday over the criticism she received following a viral gym photo.
Naija News reports that Nkechi’s recent gym snapshot sparked a wave of mixed reactions online, with many critics mocking her appearance.
In response, Bobrisky took to his Instagram page, showering praises on the actress and describing her as “beautiful.” He urged Nkechi not to be discouraged by toxic online trolls, insisting that many people still admire and love her regardless of the negative chatter.
“Beautiful Nkechi Blessing, you are beautiful! Never let anyone say otherwise to you. Many of us still love you regardless of how you look,” Bobrisky wrote.
The crossdresser did not stop there. Expressing his frustration with what he termed the toxic nature of Nigerian online spaces, Bobrisky said it was one of the key reasons he relocated abroad.
He also sent a stern warning to critics planning to attack him, emphasizing that only those with serious financial capacity and the ability to sustain a luxury lifestyle outside Nigeria should attempt to challenge him.
“Another day, another reason why I left Nigeria… some of them are too toxic and fake. Please, before you come for me, make sure your account balance has seven zeros (0000000) and you can live abroad and still afford a luxury lifestyle,” he declared.
Bobrisky’s strong defense of Nkechi Blessing has since ignited conversations across social media, with fans split between applauding his boldness and questioning his motives.
