Popular Nigerian reality TV star and disc jockey, Tolanibaj, has opened up about her desire to settle down, saying she is done with the party lifestyle and ready to embrace marriage.
The 31-year-old media personality made this revelation in a recent video shared via her Snapchat, where she spoke candidly about her current state of mind and changing lifestyle choices.
In the video, Tolanibaj admitted that she no longer enjoys clubbing or the nightlife that once excited her, stating that she has been forcing herself to have fun in clubs even when she no longer feels the spark.
She said,
“I need to start being honest with myself. I no longer enjoy clubbing. I keep forcing it but… I want to see if I can experience some kind of excitement. I need excitement in my life. I’m tired of clubbing. I don’t want to be outside. What am I looking for outside if I have a partner? We can be outside together, maybe travelling.”
The former Big Brother Naija star further confessed that she is ready to embrace a new phase of life — one that involves companionship and peace, rather than late-night outings.
“I’m done clubbing. I don’t feel like pretending to be having fun in the club anymore. I think it’s time to get married,” she expressed.
However, Tolanibaj admitted that marriage remains “a scary commitment,” as she’s unsure whether she would still enjoy it after a few months into the union.
