Plateau Pastor Claims Former Muslim Guests Returned to Kill His Grandmother

The Regional Chairman of the Church of Christ in Nations (COCIN), Rev. Ezekiel Dachomo, has shared a disturbing account of alleged betrayal by Muslims he once sheltered in Barkin Ladi, Plateau State. Speaking in a video released by Equipping the Persecuted, the cleric said he fed and housed stranded Muslim travelers who later returned to allegedly attack his community.

Rev. Dachomo claimed the group murdered his grandmother and removed her heart, killed his uncle, and burned his childhood friend alongside his wife and five children. He alleged that recurring attacks on Christian communities were often carried out by individuals previously assisted by locals. He appealed to the Senate Committee to intervene and help displaced families reclaim lands allegedly seized by attackers.
