Nollywood actress Adesua Etomi has offered fresh insights into her enduring bond with her husband, singer and politician Banky W, expressing that growing old with him is one of her greatest joys.
The film star made this heartfelt declaration in a recent Instagram post, where she shared affectionate photos of the couple. The images were accompanied by the caption: “One of my favourite things to do is grow old with you.”
Her message evoked an emotional response from Banky W, who commented, “Kuku kill me with this love. Love you, Shuga. I don’t know what I did to deserve this love, but God, please tell me so I can do it again.”
Several celebrities also reacted to the couple’s public display of affection. Actress Shaffy Bello praised their “strong aura,” while Bisola Aiyeola and other fans described the caption as “heavenly stamped.”
The couple, who tied the knot in 2017, are well-known for their open admiration for each other, particularly since welcoming their second child in October 2024.
Banky W had announced the birth with a video showcasing himself cooking, cleaning, assisting with homework, and taking on more responsibilities at home.
In recent months, Adesua has publicly commended Banky for his support, calling him her “safe place” and advising singles to marry a kind partner.
Banky W, who overcame a serious health challenge after a skin cancer surgery in 2017, and Adesua often use their platform to discuss family, faith, and navigating difficult times.
Adesua has also shared her struggles with hyperemesis gravidarum, a severe pregnancy condition, using her experience to raise awareness.
The couple welcomed their first child, Hazaiah, in 2021 before expanding their family again last year, continuing to earn praise from fans who view them as one of Nollywood’s most admirable couples.
