President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has departed Abuja for a 10-day working vacation in Europe, according to a statement issued on Thursday by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga.
The trip, which marks part of the President’s 2025 annual leave, will see him divide his stay between France and the United Kingdom before returning to Nigeria.
Onanuga disclosed that the vacation will last ten working days, stressing that the journey combines both rest and official engagements.
Tinubu’s departure has sparked nationwide interest, as observers debate the significance of his time abroad amid Nigeria’s ongoing political and economic challenges.
