The content creator, known for his energetic and humorous videos, disclosed that he contracted the virus through his ex-partner, whose identity remains undisclosed.

In the emotional clip, Mannie narrated how he discovered his health status earlier this year after a series of illnesses and hospitalizations.
“Life has been trying to take me out lately — from the accidents, the sicknesses, and then me finding out I had HIV in the summer,” he said. “I’m not the victim. My ex gave me this and I didn’t know. I had signs, but I was so deep in love.”
Despite the diagnosis, Mannie maintained a positive outlook, expressing gratitude to God for the gift of life and describing his birthday celebration in the hospital as a “sweet and blessed” moment.

Mannie revealed that his treatment costs around $4,000 monthly, but affirmed that his health has improved significantly.
“I’m feeling way better. I feel like me again — like the Boss and CEO,” he said, adding that he plans to start a foundation to support others living with HIV/AIDS.
