In a decisive address at the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting on Wednesday, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu reaffirmed his administration’s unwavering commitment to eradicating terrorism and establishing lasting peace across Nigeria.
The President assured citizens that the Federal Government is intensifying high-level diplomatic engagements with international partners to strengthen national security. He emphasized that navigating global politics is key to Nigeria’s stability.
“Despite the political headwinds and the fear of our people, we continue to engage our partners. We are engaging the world diplomatically,” President Tinubu stated, highlighting international collaboration as a crucial component of Nigeria’s security strategy.
Reaffirming his commitment to the Renewed Hope Agenda, the Commander-in-Chief declared, “I assure you all that we will defeat terrorism. The task ahead is to move forward with clarity of purpose… to build a prosperous Nigeria.”
