A Nigerian woman, Hadiza Garba, has taken to Facebook to share her advice for married women on how to keep their husbands sexually satisfied and discourage infidelity.

Hadiza also recommended engaging in activities that foster intimacy, such as bathing together, sharing meals, and being playful. “Make it a habit to sleep without panties except during menstruation,” she suggested, encouraging women to be creative in their love lives.
“Do different styles that are convenient for both of you! It is not a sin!” she stated, urging women to appreciate their husbands during intimate moments and to communicate openly about their experiences.
