Organized by the Ministry of Wealth Creation and Employment, the Governor described the event as a testament to the State Government’s dedication to fostering an inclusive economy that nurtures talent and ambition. The theme of this year’s fair, “Your Career, Your Way: Explore Endless Possibilities,” resonates with the aspirations of Lagos youth, encouraging them to pursue careers and entrepreneurial ventures that align with their strengths.
Under the T.H.E.M.E.S Plus Development Agenda, youth empowerment remains a top priority, with ongoing investments in skills acquisition, vocational training, digital literacy, and entrepreneurship support.

He revealed that over 200,000 jobs have been created in the past four years through various initiatives, including the Graduate Internship Placement Programme and vocational training centers.
Ajigbotafe also highlighted the significant financial support provided through the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund to small businesses and young entrepreneurs, enabling them to create more jobs.
