In a lengthy and emotional post on his official Instagram page, Sweezzy levied serious accusations against his brother-in-law, Ned Nwoko. He claimed the politician attempted to physically assault their mother, Rita Daniels.
Sweezzy further alleged that Nwoko subjects Regina Daniels to abuse, stating that the senator’s own security personnel could testify to the mistreatment. He narrated a specific incident where, following a childish argument between his niece and Nwoko’s son, Munir, the billionaire allegedly ordered a sick child to be thrown out of the house at 3 a.m.
This controversy comes on the heels of a recent revelation by Regina Daniels herself, where she opened up about her family’s strong initial disapproval of her marriage. The actress disclosed that her mother and brothers were vehemently opposed, with her brothers going as far as breaking bottles in protest. She confessed that the pressure was so intense she once contemplated suicide if she couldn’t marry Nwoko.
