The Guinness World Records (GWR) has reacted to the controversial announcement made by Nigerian content creator Ayomiposi Oluwadahunsi, popularly known as Mandy Kiss, over her alleged attempt to set a new world record for having the most sexual partners within 24 hours.
According to reports, Mandy Kiss circulated a viral flier announcing that the challenge would commence on October 30, 2025, in Ikorodu, Lagos State, although the exact venue was not disclosed.
The announcement immediately sparked a wave of debates across social media, with many Nigerians questioning the morality, legality, and health risks attached to such an act.
However, in its official response, Guinness World Records distanced itself from the development, stressing that the organization does not track or recognize such a category.
Taking to its verified X (formerly Twitter) account on Tuesday, GWR wrote: “This is not a record we monitor.”
This public disclaimer has since generated further reactions online, with many Nigerians describing Mandy Kiss’ controversial stunt as a publicity move rather than a legitimate world record attempt.
