Popular Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, widely known as Odumodublvck, has sent a stern message to fellow artistes engaging in rivalry against him, warning that their hostility could end up destroying them.
Speaking on the Comfortably Speaking Podcast, the “Blood On The Dance Floor” crooner said that anyone nursing grudges or trying to create enmity with him should reconsider for their own peace of mind, as he remains focused on his journey and destined for greater success.
“I regret on behalf of my enemies because I’m going to be everything that they don’t want me to be. I regret on their behalf for even thinking of going against me. Going against me is a heavy burden to carry,” he said.
Odumodublvck added that his continuous success could torment those who wish him harm, urging them instead to wish him well rather than let envy consume them.
“I wish that they could just find a place in their hearts and wish me well so that my success would not drive them to destruction,” he added.
His remarks come amid renewed tension between him and fellow rapper Blaqbonez, who recently took a swipe at him in his new song titled “ACL.” In the track, Blaqbonez mocked Odumodublvck’s rap style and accused him of using artificial means to boost his streaming numbers on digital platforms.
The ongoing rift between both rappers has reignited debates among fans over authenticity and rivalry in Nigeria’s hip-hop scene, with supporters of both artistes trading words on social media.
Despite the feud, Odumodublvck has maintained a tone of confidence, insisting that no amount of hate can stop his progress.
