Ganduje Returns From Dubai, Moves to Reorganise APC in Kano

Former Kano State Governor and immediate past National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Abdullahi Ganduje, has returned to Nigeria after a prolonged stay in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Ganduje arrived in Lagos on Saturday aboard an Emirates Airlines flight at about 4:30 p.m. and later proceeded to Abuja. Following his return, he is expected to begin a series of consultative meetings with party leaders and stakeholders to address emerging political issues within the APC in Kano State.

In a statement, his Chief of Staff, Muhammad Garba, said the engagements would focus on reviewing recent party developments and promoting constructive dialogue among stakeholders. The statement also revealed that Ganduje would play an active role in the APC’s ongoing nationwide electronic membership registration exercise.

The digital registration initiative, launched during his tenure as national chairman, aims to strengthen internal party organisation and enhance membership data management. Ganduje, the statement added, remains committed to consolidating party structures and fostering inclusive engagement within the APC.
