D4VD Transfers Properties to Mother Amid Ongoing Homicide Investigation

American singer D4VD has reportedly transferred ownership of his properties to his mother as police intensify investigations into the death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas, whose body was found in the artist’s Tesla.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, the 19-year-old musician transferred the deeds of his two Houston-area homes under a trust to his mother on September 18 and 22, 2025.

This move came shortly after law enforcement officers were called to one of his homes following a swatting incident. The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) had earlier executed a search warrant at his Hollywood Hills residence, seizing electronic devices and other materials linked to the ongoing homicide investigation.

Authorities discovered Celeste Rivas’ lifeless body in D4VD’s abandoned Tesla on September 8, 2025, sparking national outrage and widespread speculation.

As investigations continue, D4VD has canceled all remaining U.S. and European tour dates of his “Withered World Tour,” which began in August and was scheduled to run through November 2025.

Law enforcement agencies have not released further details, but the case remains active as evidence continues to unfold.
