Popular Nigerian streamer, Carter Efe, has opened up on the emotional turmoil following his breakup with the mother of his daughter, Charis. The 28-year-old content creator revealed that he was denied access to his child for about three months, a situation he described as heartbreaking.
Sharing his experience via Instagram, Efe said the dispute affected his mental health, finances, and content creation, adding that false allegations worsened his struggles. He recalled difficult moments, including sleeping in a single room with his team while streaming to few viewers, before his recent breakthrough on Twitch.
Efe noted that despite the challenges, he remained focused on building a better future for his daughter. He credited God for his rise to becoming Africa’s most-followed Twitch streamer and stated that being single for over a year has brought positive changes to his life.
