The Lagos State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has congratulated Christopher Musa on his appointment as Nigeria’s new Minister of Defence, describing the development as a decisive step toward rebuilding the nation’s security framework.
In a statement on Friday, APC Publicity Secretary Seye Oladejo said Musa’s appointment reflects a renewed national commitment to tackling insecurity. He praised the minister’s extensive operational background and his proven track record in handling complex security operations across the country.
Oladejo noted that securing Nigeria requires collective support and emphasized Musa’s call for collaboration among citizens, security agencies, traditional institutions, and community leaders.
