The Joint Task Force North East Operation Hadin Kai (OPHK) has recorded major successes in seven months of counter-terrorism operations.
Maj.-Gen. Abdulsalam Abubakar, Theatre Commander, revealed that 438 Boko Haram and ISWAP terrorists were neutralized between May and December. The forces also recovered 254 weapons, 300 Starlink devices, and rescued 366 civilians. Additionally, 881 terrorists and their families surrendered, highlighting significant progress.
Abubakar credited the Chief of Army Staff for strategic interventions and assured continued commitment to stabilizing the North-east.
